Carole Allen

Dr. Carole Allen is a pediatrician with extensive experience in clinical practice, practice administration and medical home development.  Her advocacy experience includes success in developing smoke-free workplace laws and regulations, as well as promotion of social justice and child-friendly policies.  As president of the Massachusetts Chapter of the American Academy of Pediatrics she is leading an effort to invest in early childhood as the basis for lifelong health and success.  She has partnered with other physicians, legislators, administrators, and public health officials in obesity prevention, tobacco protection, and health care reform.
